Sandy Lyons is a Board member of Vedera Capital. He was the CEO of Draka, a public listed company in the Netherlands and the former CEO of Corning Cable Systems, a fortune 500 company headquarter in the US. Sandy initiated and executed many industry changing transactions and was instrumental in several large scale M&As, restructurings and operational excellence initiatives.
